限制成员IP

可以对单独的成员去设置此功能，例如对普通员工设置只能在公司IP地址登录坚果云，以防把公司文件同步到家里电脑或者任何的公共电脑，导致的文件泄露。打开网页端-管理团队-成员管理，点击指定对象旁边的操作按钮，选择“IP限制”。

例如：对“李思敏”设置IP限制。

在状态选项里选择“开启”，IP地址中输入公司IP地址。

在设置完毕后，李思敏除了在公司以外的IP地址下都无法登陆，包括手机端。如下图所示，手机端登陆后提示账户被禁用，登录失败。

 

Introduction

You can set this feature for individual members. For example, enable this feature allows ordinary employees to log in Nutstore only at the company IP address, to prevent the company files from being synchronized to their home computer or any public computer, resulting in file leakage.

Steps

1. Log in Nutstore webpage. Then click “Manage Team” on the upper right corner.

2. Click “Members”, for example, here we choose member TOM, then click more operation and choose “IP Rules”.

3. Select “ON” in the status option and enter the company IP address in the IP Address. As show below:

After the setting is completed, Tom cannot log in Nutstore with any IP address except the company address, including mobile client.

 

限制文件分享

针对某些成员可单独设置此功能，比如刚入职的新人。有效禁止重要文件的泄露，开启后无法把文件分享给团队外的人。打开网页端-管理团队-成员管理，点击指定对象旁边的操作按钮，选择“限制分享”。

例如：对“李思敏”设置限制分享。

当李思敏尝试把文件分享给团队外的成员时，她即使获取了访问链接发送出去，对方打开后是无法查看的，出现的提示如下图所示。

 

 

Introduction:

This feature can be set individually for some members, such as new hires. They are limited to share files with people outside the team after enabling this feature.

Steps:

1. Log in Nutstore webpage. Then click “Manage Team” on the upper right corner.

2. Click “Members”, for example, here we choose member TOM, then click more operation and choose “Limit sharing”.

When Tom tries to share the file with members outside the team, even if he gets the access link and sends it to them, they can’t view the file content after opening it.

 

禁止粉碎文件

数据的安全性对于使用坚果云的用户来说是至关重要的。坚果云可以做到只要根文件夹还在的情况就可以从坚果云网页端的回收站中找回误删除的数据。很多用户会担心自己的员工因为误操作或人为等原因造成数据的消失。这时，“禁止粉碎文件”功能可以替用户的数据安全加一道安全锁。和手机短信认证相同，禁止粉碎文件”是在管理员后台的“团队设置”来开启（如图1）。

开启后，当团队有成员想在回收站中粉碎文件的时候，就会出现“由于管理员已经设置禁止粉碎文件，粉碎操作失败”的提示（如图2）。

Introduction

Data security is critical for users. Nutstore can retrieve the deleted data from Nutstore recycle bin on webpage as long as the root folder is still there. Many users will worry about the disappearance of data by their employees due to misoperation or man-made reasons. In this case, the ” Disable file purge” feature can add a security lock for user’s data.
Steps This function needs to be enabled by the team admin.
1. Log in Nutstore webpage: https:/www.jianguoyun.com. Then click “Manage Team” on the upper right corner.

2. Click “Settings” to find “Disable file purge”, check to enable or disable this feature. Click “save” to save setting result.

 

 

自定义LOGO/域名

自定义LOGO/域名是高级团队版以上用户的一个个性化设置。通过设置自定义域名和LOGO,可以在登录的时候看到公司的LOGO和域名，同时在使用分享链接给公司以外的用户的时候，也可以看到公司的域名和LOGO，有助于提升公司的形象。

设置自定义LOGO/域名需要提供以下信息：

  • 子域名：必须属于jianguoyun.com，同时host大于5个字符，例如：yicuntest.jianguoyun.com
  • 自定义logo：大小不超过64KB，必须是png或者jpg格式，最佳分辨率198*59
  • 登录页图片：大小不超过512KB，必须是png或者jpg格式，最佳分辨率579*426

Introduction:

User-defined logo / domain name is a feature of Nutstore Ultimate Team Edition. Standard Team Edition and Advanced Team Edition don’t provide this feature. By setting this feature, you can see the company’s logo and domain name when log in Nutstore Account. At the same time, you can also see the company’s domain name and logo when using shared link feature to share files with other users.

The following information are required to use this feature:

▪ Subdomain: must belong to jianguoyun.com, and the host is greater than 5 characters, for example: nutstoretest.jianguoyun.com

▪ Custom logo: the size should not exceed 64KB, it must be in png or jpg format, the best resolution is 198 * 59

▪ Login page image: the size should not exceed 512KB, it must be in png or jpg format, the best resolution is 579 * 426

[团队版]强制开启手机短信认证

短信认证是高级团队版和旗舰团队版的功能。拥有该功能的团队中团队成员可以在网页端坚果云的个人信息设置界面找到“安全选项”，在这里开启短信认证，以提高账号安全性。高级团队版的团队管理员可以通过管理员后台的“团队设置”来进行强制手机短信认证的开启（如图1、图2）。

开启后，团队所有成员在登录坚果云的时候都需要通过手机进行二次验证，否则无法登陆坚果云账号（图3为网页端坚果云登录时短信验证界面）。验证后则可以登录坚果云。

不止是坚果云的客户端以及网页端，包括移动端坚果云app登录的时候也会强行进行短信二次验证（如图4）。

Team edition

SMS authentication is a feature of the advanced team edition and the ultimate team edition.

How to enable this feature?

a) If you are the admin of teamFirst, log in Nutstore webpage.Then click “Manage Team” on the upper right cornerClick.

Click “Settings” to find “two-factor authentication”, check to enable or disable this feature.

Note: After this feature is enabled by team admin, all members of the team need to conduct two-factor authentication” by mobile phone when logging into Nutstore account, otherwise they cannot log into their Nutstore account (as shown in the figure below).After verification, team members can log into their Nutstore account.

b) If you are team membersFirst, log in Nutstore webpage.Then click “Settings” on the upper right corner.

Click “Security” to find “two-factor authentication”, check to enable or disable this feature.

Note: If you are a team member, enabling this feature will not affect others.

日志中提示 “此实现不是 Windows 平台 FIPS 验证的加密算法的一部分” 如何解决？

Windows中某些应用程序会修改注册表默认值导致坚果云客户端无法正常工作，日志中显示：

System.InvalidOperationException: 此实现不是 Windows 平台 FIPS 验证的加密算法的一部分

 

解决办法：

1.Win键+R 输入 regedit 打开注册表编辑器

2.对于Vista、Win7、Win8、Win10 用户，请定位到：

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Lsa\FIPSAlgorithmPolicy\Enabled

对于Windows XP用户，请定位到：

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Lsa\FIPSAlgorithmPolicy

3.右键->修改 将值修改为默认值0

4.退出注册表编辑器，重启坚果云客户端

 

坚果云安卓端-照片/视频备份常见疑问

坚果云相册

坚果云相册浏览图片相关：

如果用户在 网格界面浏览图片，图片缩放比例大概是 1：100，也就是说用浏览1G的图片大概会使用10.24M的流量。

如果用户点击某张图片查看详情（来到左右欢动的界面），图片缩放比例大概是1：20~30，如果浏览的当前图片时 1.6MB，需要使用大约56KB。

坚果云相册备份页面图标含义：

该图片已经备份完成；

该图片仅存在云端，手机中已被删除或不存在。

自动备份相关：

安卓端4.3.2 以及之前的版本 坚果云相册每隔⼀个⼩时会遍历⼀遍 SD 卡上的图⽚，如果有新的图⽚，则会⾃动上传。

 

备份本地图片(视频)

问题描述：勾选图片自动备份，但图片并没有自动备份

1. 安卓端4.2.8 以及之前的版本，坚果云安卓端只会同步在 DCIM ⽬录 、SD卡下的Camera ⽬录下的图⽚，并且只上传最近备份以后拍的照⽚。

2. 从安卓端 4.3.0 开始，坚果云安卓端会同步 SD 卡上的图⽚，之后会重新设计坚果云相册。
